If you are a new customer, we ask that you leave your clothes in a marked garbage bag for your first service. We will return your clothes washed, dried and folded in one of our custom bags! We will also leave an additional bag of another size.
Clothes picked up by 11am will be ready for delivery in 48 hours. We also offer expedited delivery for those in a hurry!
The first time is an accident. After that, we charge a $10 missed pick up fee.
Once you schedule a pick up, you will be sent a form to complete with your preferences. Please list any special instructions there. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your requests.
Unfortunately, accidents may happen. Even with the pros! But don’t worry, we are insured and we will do our best to fix it. If we lose or damage an article, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you.
